Ideal for those who prefer uncluttered, minimalist styling in open-plan living areas, this home is appointed with quality furnishings and bed linen throughout. The communal spaces feature wooden flooring, creating a clean and fresh environment, while the more intimate areas like the bedrooms and theatre room are carpeted for added comfort. The beach ambiance is further enhanced by seascape and seafaring artwork from local Western Australian artists, adding a unique touch to the space.

The house spans three floors. On the first floor, there are three king bedrooms and one queen bedroom. The second floor includes two bedrooms: a large room with two double beds, perfect for children or young adults, and the master king bedroom, which has an ensuite shower and a spa bath. The third floor features an attic suite with four long single beds and a lounge offering ocean views. In total, the house has seven bedrooms and eleven beds

Guests can also enjoy a separate games room with a competition-grade pool/billiard table. An additional office is located on the third floor for convenience.

With a secure double garage on the premises and free street parking, reverse cycle air conditioning, NBN Wi-Fi, a fully equipped kitchen, separate TV theatre, office/study, laundry facilities, beach towels, and outside shower facilities, this is the ideal accommodation for your beachside getaway or working holiday.

We specialize in short stays (minimum of 4 days) to medium-length stays, and we provide discounted rates for longer-term stays for families, friends, and business visitors. Our property is particularly suitable for those with pet allergies, as we strictly enforce a no-pet policy throughout families/friends and business visitors. Particularly suited to those with pet allergies as a strictly no pet policy applies to the entire property.

For your safety and comfort, security cameras monitor the garage space & outside of property 24/7. All bedrooms rooms are fitted with privacy code handle digital locks.
